The cost of training a dog as a Service Dog is determined by your location and whether you own a trainable dog or require a dog. Please check out the cost page.

If you would like to donate a dog, the dog must be at least 6 months of age and up to date on all vaccinations. For a nominal fee, we will send an assessor (if available) out to see the dog and determine if the dog is a suitable Service Dog candidate based upon temperament and trainability. Since we do not have a facility to kennel/board dogs we ask that you make arrangements with a rescue group or foster you feel comfortable with or foster the dog yourself if possible.

All donations for Service Dog Express will go through our partner non-profit rescue, In Dog We Trust. Laurie, the CEO of Service Dog Express, is the Executive Director of the Board of Trustees for In Dog We Trust. Therefore, all donations will go towards the donor's wishes after the rescue's owner, Ms. Cherry Jenkins, and the board have discussed and processed the request.
